We do not offer return services; only exchange services are available.
Conditions for Exchanges:
1. Products received in a "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition.
2. Requests for exchange must be made within 2 days of receiving your item in case the product is damaged.
3. It is compulsory to record a video while opening your parcel as proof of its condition. Without an unboxing video, claims for damaged or defective products will not be accepted.
How to Request a Exchange:
1. To request a exchange, please contact us at info.kudbi@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to 9426059261 with your order number and reason within 2 days of delivery.
2. Customers are responsible for arranging the exchange using their preferred courier service. We recommend using India Speed Post for return shipping.
3. The return parcel must be sent at the customer's expense to our address. forward/reverse shipping charges are non-refundable.
Important Notes:
1. Exchange requests will not be accepted if submitted after the 2-day window.
2. Stitched or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
3. Please send the tracking ID and order number to our WhatsApp number: +919426059261.
4. Kindly return the product in its original packaging, including the Order number and tag, to ensure proper order identification.
5. Prepaid orders do not include forward shipping charges. In case a return request is initiated, the forward/reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Orders with multiple items, only one item will be accepted for return and refund.
7. Exchange fee of ₹100 applies.
8. Deduct up to ₹150 for forward shipping charges from the refund, amount varies by weight and shipment.
9. Reverse pickup by Kudbi incurs a charge of ₹150-₹250. Price varies based on weight and shipment amount.
Refund Process:
1. Refunds, if any amount remains after the exchange, will be processed via UPI or NEFT to the customer’s bank account within 7 days.
